SHIPPING ERRORS
In event of shipping, product errors caused by us on order received, kindly contact our office within 24 hours of receiving the order. Arrangements will be made for products to be exchanged . If you want to pickup, kind visit our walk in store where goods was purchased within 24 hours and a swap would be initiated. we reserve the right to deny returns/exchanges premised on the failure to do any of the following stated above.
REFUNDS
No refunds on goods purchased in good condition. We offer store credits if occasion warrants that.
EXCHANGE
We don’t offer exchange on our products for another as our products are of sensitive nature.

DELIVERY
Delivery within the state takes 24-72 hours after payment confirmation.
Delivery outside the state takes 3-5 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery outside Nigeria takes 5-7 working days after payment confirmation.
Delivery during Promo takes on or before 20 working days after payment confirmation due to the bulk orders. (unless stated otherwise)
Express delivery is only available within Akure which costs X2 of actual delivery price.
You are to negotiate and pay the Bus drivers directly. You will also have to pay the cost of transportation to and fro the Bus garage.
We try our best to deliver within the time frame given but in events of unpredictable delays such as riots, protests and other road uncertainties, deliveries may be delayed.
Please note that Delivery fees are subject to change based on the weight of your package. Our logistics officer may reach out to you to reconcile any discrepancies in fee changed.
once a dispatch company has picked up your order, delivery fees are non refundable.
Once all effort of delivery of your package proved abortive twice, you will have to pay another shipping fee
once your package has been returned to the office by logistics company, you have to pay another delivery fee.
PICKUP
Pickup option is available. You are allowed to pick up their orders within 3 working days after payment confirmation. Full details of the person picking up should be given to us prior pickup for authorization to release your goods.
Leaving your package at our store for more than 5 working days will be categorized under “ABANDONMENT” and Queen B Signatures will not be held responsible for your goods.
